Walter was handed in as a stray and after waiting and waiting, nobody came to claim him

He is a little Frenchie boy and we don’t know for sure how old he is, but it has been estimated that he is only around 1-2 years of age.

Since being in our care, he has certainly shown that he has oodles of character and energy and he has some typical Frenchie attitude and quirks!  We are ideally looking for a home that has experience with the breed and who is used to the breeds eccentricity! He is a strong willed, inquisitive boy who will need a confident owner as we feel he is a dog who will likely test any boundaries that are set due to his curious and rambunctious nature

Walter seems to react very vocally towards other dogs and it’s unsure yet whether or not this is because he is frustrated and wants to get closer to make friends, or if his vocalness is because he wants them to stay away. We are still assessing his suitability to live with other dogs but we will still be taking applications for him to live with another dog as not to let him miss out on a chance of a home.

Because of Walter’s strong personality and unknown history, we won’t be placing him in a home with children.

He is untested with cats and small animals.
