Would you believe us if we said that these two photographs are the same dog??

Well, we kid you not 🥲 This poor soul is Vince. He came into our care via the dog wardens after being handed in as a stray. The photo doesn’t show the gravity of how bad his coat actually was 🥲

Poor Vince was so uncomfortable he couldn’t even manage to lift his legs properly due to the huge amount of matted fur that was pulling at his delicate skin.

Thankfully, he is now feeling much better after a massive haircut and some much needed TLC and he is now seeking a new family who can love him as he deserves.

Despite his terrible condition, he really is a super sweet, loving boy of around 4 years old. He loves nothing more than a cuddle and to feel secure and loved.

As he has an unknown history, we cannot rehome him with young children and we feel that a calmer, child free household would suit him best.

He has shown some mild reactivity to other dogs so far, so at this time we would be looking to place him as an only dog until this can be assessed further.

He is not suitable to be rehomed with cats.
