Tess

You may remember Tess, who came into the shelter very shut down and sad after being in her home for 4 days following the passing of her owner until they were both discovered 🙁

As you can see, she is now showing her sparkle and what a wonderful girl she is. This amazing girl is crying out for love, and someone new to form a bond with.

Tess is now ready to begin her next chapter and find her new family to love her and continue to help her on her journey back to a happy and carefree young girl so that she can enjoy what a new life has to offer her.

Tess is a 2.5 year old labrador cross German Shepherd so she is a largeish girl but incredibly friendly – She loves everyone she has met, and is also showing that she quite enjoys the company of other dogs.

She is very receptive to learning although she is fairly immature so she will need someone who can dedicate some time to providing her with consistent, dependable and reliable training so that she can learn how to develop into a well balanced adult dog.

We would look to conduct meet and greets with Tess to assess a potential suitable match for her to live with another dog.

She may be suitable to live with older, dog savvy children.

We would not look to place her in a home with cats.
