Saskia sadly found herself in the pound where she remained unclaimed and in need of a new family to love her.

She is an older girl of around 11 – 12 years old and although she is in good health for her age, she is happy with a gentle stroll rather than running miles up and down mountains. She says she will leave that to the young ones these days ☺️

Saskia will walk nicely with other dogs albeit she does prefer her own company therefore we believe  she would be happier living as an only dog.

She is a clean, quiet girl who spends her days snoozing on the comfy sofa in her kennel in-between her walks.

She has shown signs of mild resource guarding around food at times, therefore we would like a home experienced with this so it can be managed effectively.

Saskia cannot be rehomed with children due to her unknown history.

She is not suitable to live with cats or other small furries.

We are looking for a home that are aware of the breed and their traits , but most of all, a home where Saskia can receive the love that she so deserves without the worry of her being rejected and abandoned again .
