Missy

Missy is a 5 year old Frenchie who came into our care after needing refuge from and unsavoury living situation. Not long after arriving with us, this heavily pregnant little poppet had to have an emergency caesarean and became a mum to 4 beautiful puppies.

One of her pups, sadly wasn’t well and was really struggling compared to her siblings. After a couple of days of close monitoring and extra care, this little one just wasn’t strong enough to make it and we sadly lost her.

Despite everything, Missy took this all in her stride and was a fantastic mum to her brood and never complained about anything. Her pups are doing really well and are now old enough to be weaned.

We are now looking forward to Missy’s new start in life where she can finally experience how it feels to be part of a loving home. She is a sweet natured girl who is always happy to see everyone she meets. She has never been around children before and because of this we will be looking to place her in a home with older, dog savvy children of 12 years +

She has previously lived with another dog with no issues and we would therefore be open to rehoming her with another dog subject to successful meet and greets.

She is untested with cats and small animals.
