Kevin

Poor Kevin is still with us and waiting for his people to come along and fall in love with him.

He is a 2 year old lurcher who was picked up as a stray and sadly nobody came to collect him 🙁

Kevin is a boy who is full of character and mischief – He has a super sweet and loving nature and just wants to feel loved and secure.

He is quite immature and would require someone who is prepared to spend some time teaching him how to grow into a well balanced adult dog. He loves zoomies around our offlead paddock to burn off some of that lurcher energy . He also enjoys enrichment activites to tire out his brain so that he can relax and have some ‘downtime’ peacefully.

We are looking for a fairly active, experienced home. The abilty to take kevin to secure offlead fields would be beneficial also.

Kevin does enjoy the company of other dogs but he can be quite full on. We would look to conduct meet and greets with another dog of a similar breed and energy level, in an experienced home where Kevin can be taught how to respect the company of another dog.

We are looking for a home who is prepared to give Kevin time to re adjust to a new environment especially if he is an only dog, as he may struggle initially – however we are always on hand to offer guidance and support with this should it be required.

He would be suitable to be rehomed with older dog savvy children.

He is not suitable to be rehomed with cats or small furries.
