Joy came to us from appalling living conditions where she had been living in squalor for over a year. Despite this awful period in her life, she is still showing what a sweet and trusting girl she is.
Due to the terrible state of her coat, she has had to have some of this shaved, but she managed to still maintain most of her beautiful locks after a good few baths and grooming sessions.
Joy is 7 years old and her name really does reflect her personality. She absolutely LOVES human interaction and is a really affectionate girl.
She adores being out and about, trotting proudly around the village, and springing around the secure offlead paddock.
We are looking for a breed experienced home without any other pets.
Joy will not be suitable to be let off her lead unless in an enclosed, secure area. Her coat will need maintenance, and huskys will moult……. A LOT, so if you are adverse to floating dog hair, then a husky isn’t the dog for you đŸ™‚
We can rehome Joy with older, dog savvy children.
