Please meet Jay, isn’t he handsome 🥰
Jay is a large Lurcher who is around 3 years old. He came into the care of the dog wardens as a stray after being found with some nasty leg injuries and a broken toe 😥

He has been receiving treatment for his injuries and these still need some time to heal. Once his legs have healed, he can then undergo the operation to repair his toe.

Despite being through the mill, this poor lad is the sweetest, gentlest soul, who never utters a murmur while his wounds are being tended.

Jay is a very calm, quiet dog who doesn’t react in the presence of other dogs. We really cannot say anything negative about him at all and he really deserves to have a family to love him.

As Jay still has some recovery time left, we are looking to place him in a pet free, quiet home without too much hustle and bustle. A family with children over the age of 13 would be considered.
