Elmo is a cheeky little character who came to us via the vets. He has a history of chewing things he shouldn’t and for the second time had swallowed something that he shouldn’t have and he needed surgery to remove this. His owners, having done this once before decided they couldn’t cope with this again and were contemplating having him euthanised. Being a young and otherwise healthy dog, the vets contacted us and asked if we would step in and save him from being euthanised. He was transferred to our vets and had the life saving surgery to remove the foreign body. He is now recovering well from his surgery and is looking for a forever home with somebody that can try and prevent this from happening again.
He is looking for an adult only home, ideally with previous experience with terrier breeds.
