Duke’s previous owner started working long hours and no longer had the time to give him.  He is a very large boy at just 18 months old and he is very strong!  He needs a home with someone who is a confident dog owner and can manage a huge bundle of energy that will need lots of time and patience spent with him to help him learn. He can be quite wary of new people, in particular men but once he knows you he is very friendly and gets himself all excitable and we feel he needs someone who will be very calm around him to help him become the fantastic, loyal companion that he can be.  He also travels very well in the car!
