Ronnie
Meet our handsome boy Ronnie π₯°
Ronnie originally came into our care back in 2023 after being picked up as a stray and remaining unclaimed. π
After being with us for a few months, he found himself a home, however, after being out for nearly two years he has sadly been returned due to his owners no longer being able to care for him. π₯
Ronnie has always been quite a nervous boy with new people and new experiences, but whilst out in his home, this progressed and after a bad experience of fireworks going off whilst out on a walk Ronnie developed a major fear of being outdoors and generally became more anxious and was unable to be left at home alone. πΒ Also, since being out in a home Ronnie has become reactive towards other dogs which we are hoping is something that can be worked on.
Since being returned, Ronnie has found kennel left incredibly difficult and we are concerned that he won’t cope. π
We are looking for a special home for Ronnie with someone who has previous dog experience and is willing to take their time with Ronnie and give him the patience and support he needs to become a more confident dog.Β Anyone intereted in Ronnie would need to come for several meet and greets to build a bond with him and get to understand him and his issues. π
When Ronnie knows and trusts you he is the most cuddly, affectionate boy who has so much love to give. β€
He needs to be in a home with adults only and no other pets.
If you think you can offer Ronnie his special home then please get in touch on 01430 423986 π
