Moe

Meet Moe 🀎

Moe was found straying all alone and terrified. πŸ˜”

When he arrived, we thought that someone must surely be looking for this beautiful boy, but no-one came. πŸ’”

He was so terrified after arriving with us, that we struggled to even get him to venture out of his kennel.Β  It took a couple of days for him to build up the courage to leave the safety of his bed and stretch his legs. πŸ˜”

Seeing a dog as scared as this is so upsetting for us and we knew that gaining his trust would be a slow process.  But after a little while with us, with lots of patience and understanding, he is slowly coming out of his shell and we are starting to see glimpses of the personality that is hidden behind those beautiful brown eyes. 🀎

We are looking for a special home for Moe, with someone who has had experience with a nervous dog and who can offer a quiet, calm environment in which Moe can adjust to changes at his own pace and begin to adapt to a new home with an understanding owner.

Due to his nervous nature and unknown background, we will not be placing him in a home with children.

Moe will need to live with another dog. After a period of time in a foster home with another dog, we realised that he heavily relied on the other dog for confidence and companionship.

We are unsure of how he would be with cats or small animals.

If you are able to offer Moe the extra care that he needs, please get in touch with us on 01430 423986 any day between 11am – 2pm. πŸ’•
